Damon is the CEO of T.N.B.T – Top Notch Basketball Training in which he trains players in techniques of advanced basketball training in the Atlanta and Columbus, Georgia areas.

Da’Mon has been on the coaching staff of True Hoops Camp and Five Star Basketball for three years. In this three years, he has also had great success as the assistant regional director of Adidas Jr. Phenom Camps and Adidas Phenom150. 

Adidas Jr Camps is entering its first annual event in the Columbus area of operations under Da’Mon’s strong leadership and is expected to grow in importance as well as provide student athletes with exposure and college scholarships.
